List what has to happen and roughly how long each thing takes. The schedule maker packs it into a time-blocked day, with breaks, lunch and a buffer, and tells you honestly what doesn't fit.

How the schedule maker builds your day

  1. Fixed items first. Anything with a fixed time is pinned exactly where you put it.
  2. Lunch next, at your chosen time.
  3. Flexible tasks by priority. High-priority tasks, and deep work among equals, take the earliest free slots — the "do the hardest thing first" idea from eat the frog.
  4. Breaks after long runs. After the stretch of work you set, a break is inserted and later blocks slide down.
  5. Buffer at the end, because tasks overrun.

Not sure which tasks belong on the list at all? Sort them with the Eisenhower matrix first, or start from a ready-made template.

Questions people ask

How does the schedule maker decide the order?

Fixed-time items are placed first. Flexible tasks are then placed in priority order (high first) into the earliest free slot, with deep-work tasks preferring the morning. It inserts a break after every long stretch of work, a lunch break at the time you choose, and an optional buffer block.

Can I make a daily schedule for free without signing up?

Yes. Everything runs in your browser. Your task list is remembered on this device so you can come back to it, and you can send the finished schedule to the day planner, print it or export it to your calendar.

What if my tasks do not fit?

Anything that cannot be placed is listed under "Didn't fit". That is the useful signal: drop it, shorten it, or move it to tomorrow before the day starts rather than at 5pm.

Does it use AI?

The main schedule maker is plain logic and works instantly. There is an optional AI draft for messy, free-form descriptions; it is only called when you press its button.
