Short version: your plans never leave your device unless you press an AI button.

No accounts

There is no signup, login or database. We don't know who you are.

What's stored in your browser

Your day plans, weekly plan, top-3 priorities, task lists (schedule maker, Eisenhower matrix, Ivy Lee, 1-3-5, frog picker), time-audit log and settings (clock format, timer lengths) are saved in your browser's localStorage so they're there when you come back. They stay on this device and are not sent to us.

AI drafts

The "Draft my schedule" buttons send the text you typed, plus your day's start and end time, to a language model through Vercel AI Gateway, only when you press the button. The text is used to generate the draft and is not stored by Executoday. Please don't include sensitive personal information.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not collect personal data.
